Die fobizz-Fortbildung zum Thema Feedback überzeugt durch ihre klare Struktur, ihre theoretische Fundierung und vor allem durch den starken Praxisbezug. Besonders hilfreich war die klare Unterscheidung zwischen Feedback, Advice und Grading sowie der Fokus auf Feedback als Dialog und nicht als Einbahnstraße. Die Fortbildung regt dazu an, Feedback konsequent aus der Perspektive der Lernenden zu denken und deren Agency bewusst zu stärken.
